Employee of the month Mitchell Love was nominated for his contribution to the Butterfly Project and his willingness to give up his own time to support residents to access the local community to meet their social and cultural needs.
Mitchell would have been presented with his certificate and gift voucher at the end of July however his first child, a son, made an early and unexpected entrance into the world and Mitchell has just returned from Paternity leave.
Mitchell was presented with his certificate by Diane Brown, Head of Operations and Daniella Quigley, Care Manager.

'' Becoming a dad and being able to support residents in the local community, I have enjoyed completing this on my days off. ''
